FAQ's 

Q: Are children allowed to attend the wedding? 
When booking your room, you will need to book your room at Generations Resort as this is a family friendly resort. Our wedding venue is located on the adults side. Even though children are prohibited on adult-only resorts (El Dorado Royale and Casitas), children will be allowed to attend the day of wedding events only. There is only a limited number of rooms available. Please reach out to us for any further questions about your little ones traveling with you. 

Q: How do I book my stay?
Please use the "Resorts & Rooms" tab on our website to reserve your room. Booking through our link ensures you are part of our wedding group and helps us coordinate events and accommodations.

Q: Will transportation be provided?
Transportation from the airport and back will be included when you book your stay through our website. 

Q: When should I book my travel?
We recommend booking your room accommodations as soon as possible to secure the best rates and availability. Guests will need to RSVP and book their room accommodations by June 5th and final payments are due by July 22nd. 

Q: Are flights included? 

No, flights are not included with room accommodations. Please book your flights separately and our travel agent will reach out to you to set up transportation.

Attending a destination wedding requires keeping track of some key dates to ensure a seamless experience. Be mindful of the “Book By” date. Booking your room by this date is a significant gesture, signaling your attendance and helping the couple accurately plan their wedding. Remember, the special group room rates and reserved inventory are available only until this date. Additionally, please take note of the “Final Payment” date, which is mentioned here and will also be reflected on all your invoices. Rest assured, we'll send you reminders to help you stay on top of these important deadlines.
